Artwork- When you work with A-Line Apparel on your team’s uniforms, our designers will stick with you the entire way from concept to execution. If you have an idea in mind let us know and we will work on it right away. If you are unsure on what you want, no problem we will work on a couple of concepts for you.
Ordering- Once you are settled on your design you can submit your team ordering information such as names numbers and sizes for each player.
Payment- A-Line Apparel does request 100% payment on all custom orders coming direct from teams.
Production- When your order is paid and roster is set we will send your order in for production. Before we begin full production we will send you one last photo of your uniforms printed. This will be your last chance to make any minor changes such as color or logo adjustments. As soon as we have your approval we will begin full production.
Turn Around Time- Production Time for custom sublimated orders is typically 5-7 weeks depending on the time of the year. If you are short on time contact a sales rep to inquire about our rush options/fees.
Shipping- Your order will be shipped via FedEx Ground within 48 hours of completion.
Returns - When you receive your order be sure to count all items and check for any major defects such as misspelled names or incorrect color printing. If there are any issues with your order contact A-Line Apparel within 10 days of delivery and we will reproduce any defective or incorrect items. A-Line Apparel is not responsible for any claims made outside of the 10 day period.
Exchanges- Your team’s order is made specifically for you and only you. For this reason we do not accept any exchanges. Be sure to refer to our sizing charts when placing your order. If you need further assistance contact your Team Sales Representative.
